54 & 55

First off, I edited in the last part of the previous post, which was seeing a movie in the theater. So jump down there and read that first, then come back and check these out:

(54). Get a new door
This one is a little on the lame side for me, because I put it on my 101 list, but Corey actually ended up doing all the work associated with getting the door. He went to the store, picked it out, purchased it, and was here at the house when it was installed. This item was pretty easy for me to accomplish, since I did absolutely NOTHING for it. I might have to be real and take this off and put something else on, but for now, considering how many things 101 really is, I won't change it. I could always claim some small amount of credit for providing my opinion on the door and door purchasing process....

(55). Achieve and maintain 145 pound weight
It' time to take credit for the first part of this task. Achieve 145lbs. I acheived this a few weeks ago, but planned to moniter my weight to be sure i didn't take a swing about before claiming credit. Unfortunately, my scale broke and I haven't been able to weigh myself for a week! I plan to buy a new one soon, so I'll go back to tracking this. If something changed I'll note it, but I see no reason to think that I've suddenly gained any weight. If I swing between 144 and 146, I consider that good, plus I use a rolling seven-day average for my 'true' weight to flatten out any swings in water weight. Yes, I'm an engineer. Yes, I do things like seven-day rolling averages. But really, you should too, because they look a lot better than the spikes and dips that happen in everyday weighing.

oo, do you have any pictures of the new door?

congrats on maintaining the weight! and yeah, i totally agree that doing a weekly avg is much better overall.

You can take credit for the door. It's okay. =)
